Your access to and use of www.AutoLamp.com website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Website.

By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access AutoLamp.com Website.

1. Definitions

In these Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Conditions: the terms and conditions set out in this document as amended from time to time

Contract: the contract between us and the Customer for the sale and purchase of the Goods in accordance with these Conditions.

Consumable Goods: are capable of being consumed; that may be destroyed, dissipated, wasted, or spent.

Cooling-off period (consumer rights), a period of time during which the purchaser may cancel a purchase.

Customer, you, your: the person who purchases the Goods from us.

Goods, Products: the goods (or any part of them) set out in the Order.

Marketplace: the marketplace accessed via the Website.

Purchase Order: is the form that records the details and Specification of the Goods to be provided by the Supplier to the Company.

Order: the Customer's order for the Goods submitted by the Customer online via the Website.

Seller: A seller is an individual or entity that exchanges any type of good or service in return for payment.

The Goods are provided by AutoLamp.com ("we/us/our"). We are registered in England and have our registered office and main trading address at LUNEX Technology Limited 590 Kingston Road London SW20 8DN United Kingdom. Our company number is 08227086 and our VAT registration is GB 153 0746 26.

2.2 Purchases

By placing an order with us, you warrant that:
• you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• if you are a Consumer, you are at least 18 years old;
the information you provide to us during the process of placing an order for Goods is accurate, complete and not misleading. In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. Your personal payment details are purely used for processing your order and delivering your goods. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Registration

3.1 To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site, you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards, bank account and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

4.2 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the Suppliers website at the time you place your order. The seller shall not be bound to deliver the goods until the Buyer has paid for them. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be of the essence.

4.3 Payments shall be made by you without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement or otherwise unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Supplier to you.

5. Consumer Cancellation Rights

5.1. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the Goods (the "Cooling off Period"). If you want to cancel the Contract within this Cooling-Off Period a refund, (or if you require an exchange or replacement) will be provided in accordance with our refunds.

5.2. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the supplier by letter or email, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is also sufficient.

5.3. You should return the Goods to us, in the same condition in which you received them with the original packaging and the product documentation, and at your own cost and risk. The goods must not have been used and, where applicable, must not have been removed from the sealed clear packaging. This includes electrical items, which are supplied in sealed clear packaging; the package must not be damaged, smashed, crashed or altered.

5.4. Provide proof of purchase in the form of our invoice for the original supply of such Goods. If in the event an invoice is unavailable, a bank or credit card statement may suffice at our sole discretion.

5.5. Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

5.6. You may send returns back to us via whichever method you choose, however we do recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage. When sending returns back to us please make sure they are well packaged in secure jiffy bags or boxes and not letter envelopes as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5.7. If you do not return the goods as required, the supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

5.8. You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned such as brake pads, tires car bulbs. (Their lifespan is shortened immediately after installation.)

6. Delivery

6.1. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, except that some deliveries are not made outside the United Kingdom.

6.2. Orders placed before 9:00 am on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. 6.3. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Suppliers control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

6.4. If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the Supplier) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Supplier.

6.5. If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.

6.6. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

6.7. Time of delivery will not be of the essence and any delivery date is an estimate only. We will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid late deliveries.

7. Retail return and exchange, refund policy

7.1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

7.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

7.3. Your item must be in the original packaging.

7.4. Your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Original Invoice must be returned with the product.

7.5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

7.6. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

7.7. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

7.8. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

7.9. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable or the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7.10. In the unlikely the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we may send it back to you and refuse to refund or exchange.

7.11. Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5-7 working days in the UK to show back in your account.

7.12. We will normally refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

8. Incomplete/damaged or incorrect goods:

If the goods are delivered incomplete, have been damaged in transit, have been incorrectly supplied - In this case we reserve the right to replace the product. If you require a refund, we will reimburse the product costs but not carriage costs. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.

9. Warranty Free 12 months warranty:

9.1. All goods supplied by the Supplier, with the exception of those Consumable Goods, are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9.2. Any product warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair general wear and tear, willful damage, accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the product supplier, failure to follow the product suppliers instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the product suppliers prior approval.

9.6. If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier in writing by letter, email or fax within 48 hours.

9.4. If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing via letter, email or fax as soon as possible.

9.5. Once the faulty product is received and tested we will send out your replacement and send you confirmation of this.

9.6. The following products are not covered under this warranty.

10. Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from AutoLamp.com ruled by LUNEX Technology Limited (the " Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, AutoLamp.com will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

AutoLamp.com will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Goods purchased from AutoLamp.com is 12 months from the date of purchase.

A replacement Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Good or 12 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
